The Blue Flame in the Depths of Her Eyes
I’m not particularly interested in models who act like models.
That’s because with such women, you know their “reaction” even before you start tying them up.
(This may sound presumptuous and arrogant, but please forgive me. I’ve been in this world too long and have had far too many encounters with women.)
Tying up a woman whose reaction you already know won’t bring any fresh excitement.
Women who’ve accumulated extensive experience on photo shoots have developed very model-like behavior. You could say they’ve mastered the act.
Films centered on bondage rely on the life-like reactions of a woman’s mind and body to the ropes. If there’s even a hint of “familiarity” in those reactions, it immediately diminishes the stimulation.
A lack of stimulation means viewers find it uninteresting.
If it’s not interesting, viewers won’t buy it. Whether it’s a video, magazine, or photo collection.
It’s clear.
To put it bluntly, freshness is what matters most.
(Thinking about it, this is obvious and not unique to bondage products, but it’s especially pronounced in our case.)
However, both directors and photographers find models with extensive on-set experience easier to work with and less stressful, so they inevitably end up reusing familiar models.
And as a professional “bondage artist,” even when working with models I’ve bound repeatedly, I seek out new attractions to present before the camera.
(I wrote about this in some detail in the 60th chapter of this “Talking Theater” series, titled, “‘High High High’ and ‘Low Low Low’”).
When I encounter a woman who doesn’t seem like a typical model, yet possesses deep masochistic tendencies, I am intensely driven by the desire to use the shoot to confirm this woman’s masochism.
I accidentally wrote "deep" masochism instead of strong masochism, but “deep” here means possessing the rationality and intelligence to analyze one’s own masochism and express it.
“Strong” simply means that kind of sexual desire is intense, in my judgement.
I am captivated by women who are both deep and strong. Not just me, anyone would be drawn to them.
Superficial, worldly beauty that’s just for show? I couldn’t care less about that.
Even if she isn’t cute or beautiful, if she feels the “rope” and bares her mind and body to me, a woman becomes adorable. She becomes beautiful.
There have been a few women before who pretended to feel the “rope” and threw themselves into it, but that kind of thing just won’t do (laugh).
I know it’s presumptuous, but I have confidence that I can transform her beautifully with the rope.
If she truly feels the rope with all her heart, any woman can become beautiful, radiant, charming, and erotic.
The beauty in bondage isn’t just about the face. It’s about the body.
It’s the beauty and radiance of the entire body reacting to the rope. Even the fingertips and toes become sensual.
If she reacts to the ropes, regardless of age, every woman becomes beautiful, charming, and sexy.
I met a woman named Masako Kiyota.
I probably shouldn’t write where we met here.
I’ll just note it was a specific place where gentlemen and ladies who enjoy bondage gather.
In the depths of her eyes, there was an aura of “M.”
(I strongly oppose using simplistic terms like “S” or “M,” and now I even feel a visceral aversion to those words. I’ve repeatedly and persistently explained why I dislike them, writing and speaking about it everywhere. The moment you say “SM,” the conversation becomes shallow and trivial. But there’s no other suitable term, so it can’t be helped. Partly because they’re generally easy to understand, we end up using them for convenience. It’s infuriating, but there’s no choice.)
Not just the color of her eyes. She radiated an “M” aura from her entire body, giving off a distinct scent.
That was what first drew me in.
So, I talked with her a little.
I could glimpse fragments of “intellect” and “reason.”
She never uttered the shallow words I despise.
She answered my questions honestly, modestly, yet precisely.
She showed restraint. Restraint, after all, is a sign of intelligence.
I found myself wondering, what would happen if I actually tied this woman up?
Was it interest, or perhaps desire?
No, it wasn’t quite desire yet. It was still at the stage of interest.
“Shall I tie you up?” I asked.
“Yes, please,” she replied.
I always keep rope ready.
In front of nearly twenty gentlemen and ladies, I bound her hands behind her back.
I tightly wrapped rope around her toes, below her knees, above her knees, and up her thighs, then hoisted her into the air in one swift motion.
She was now nearly upside down.
She relaxed her entire body, entrusting herself to my ropes.
The rhythm of the ropes matched the rhythm of her breath.
Her pleasure transmitted through my ropes.
After untying her ropes, we conversed until we reached a deeper place.
She answered my questions more readily than before.
For example, like this.
“Is there a connection between the sexual desire that arises around the time of your monthly period and the feeling of wanting to be tied up?”
To my question, “In my case, there’s no particular connection. I don’t feel there’s any special link between my period and heightened sexual desire,” she replied.
“I have a partner who engages in normal sex with me. However, he doesn’t share the bondage interest. I currently have no partner who ties me up. Therefore, I’m always seeking someone who can fulfill that role.”
Her phrasing was slightly different, but that was the gist of her answer.
She also mentioned that, to meet men who enjoy bondage, she sometimes goes to swingers’ bars alone.
When I asked her what a “swinger bar” was, she explained, “It’s a ‘happening bar7.”
She also told me about the nature of such places.
She said that when you go to a swingers’ bar, people who like bondage are waiting there, and even if it’s your first meeting, they’ll tie you up right away. She mentioned there’s such a place in Shibuya.
ハプバー is the Japanese for swinger bar, romanized as “hap bar.”
Huh? I was surprised.
I had absolutely no idea about this kind of thing.
I was completely ignorant that the world was like that.
I’ve never been to such a place. I have no need to go.
Whether I need to go or not, given the work I do, I do think I should go and observe at least once.
I think I’d definitely be in trouble if I were asked to write something like “A History of SM Adult Entertainment” in the future.
But tying up a woman you’ve just met for the first time in such a place, isn’t that like sealing a delivery box with tape?
If there isn’t even a little connection between hearts, then whether you’re the one tying or being tied up, it probably isn’t very interesting or exciting, is it?
No, no, the other person is a living, breathing woman with breasts and a butt, so for a man, there’s probably at least a little excitement or pleasure involved.
But isn’t that just a tiny bit?
(I sometimes tie up models or women I’ve just met on a shoot. Even if I don’t know them, they’ve been thoroughly briefed about me by the director and cameraman. Meaning, information about me is provided to the women involved. Some models have even read all six paperback books I’ve published with Kawade Shobo Shinsha.)
Maybe I’m just old-fashioned.
No, if I may say so, it’s perhaps because I know too well the deep, sweet, and rich pleasure of “bondage” that I can say such things.
I’ve gone off on a tangent (as usual.)
Let’s get back on track.
The conversation with Noriko Sakata8 became more specific.
I have no idea where this name comes from. The original text on this line refers to 坂田典子 out of the blue. 清田政子 is the name of the woman he mentioned earlier. I have no idea if this
(I asked if it was okay to use the name Masako Kiyota. She replied that since it wasn’t her real name, it was fine to use it.)
Because she answered my questions so readily, I continued the conversation.
I jotted down her answers with a ballpoint pen on whatever paper was at hand.
That paper was the back of some advertising flyer, and if I wasn’t careful, it might get lost somewhere.
Before I lost these precious notes, I had to transcribe them here.
So, in no particular order, I’ll list them as I wrote them down.
She likes having her hands tied behind her back and being blindfolded.
(Is it because being blindfolded makes it easier to immerse herself in her own fantasies?)
She also likes gags and similar devices.
She likes being thoroughly blindfolded and gagged at the same time.
A state where both her eyes and mouth are forcibly covered.
In other words, she enjoys feeling a strong sense of being subjugated.
However, she doesn’t like pain.
She likes feeling strongly restrained all over her body.
And she likes being left in that state.
At that moment, I recalled a confessional novel titled “Prison Garments: The Record of a Married Woman” written by someone named Yuko Furukawa, published long ago in “Kitan Club.”
“I like being tied up and left alone,” she repeated calmly, her voice steady. Left alone while tightly restrained. That state seems to be very much to her liking. Or perhaps it’s just a fantasy she indulges in.
is a typo or not, or a slip, since Nureki handwrote all of these entries and submitted them to his manager, R-san. I think we can assume this is the same person, however.
She also said she likes having a man’s foot press down on various parts of her immobilized, bound body. It seems she has various preferences for forms of masochism.
She also said she liked being tied in the agura position.
She liked being tied in the cross-legged position, then shifted into the shrimp-like position (ebi), and left like that.
She liked being forced to bend her upper body forward sharply, fixed in a position where she could lick the soles of her own feet.
She also said that because her body is flexible, she can do not only takate kote bondage, but also reverse prayer bondage.
She mentioned that she once went alone to see the Artist Yoko Ozuma’s exhibition at the Sex Industry Museum.
At that time, she saw old SM magazines, books, and photo collections from thirty or forty years ago lined up behind the displayed painting.
She also said she wanted to read them, but since she wasn’t a member of the Sex Industry Museum, she could only look at them.
“If it’s Wednesday night, they’ll let you read them,” I told her.
“Wednesday night? Well then, next time, definitely,” she said.
As she spoke, I saw a dark blue flame burning deep within her eyes.
It was almost at that very moment that I suddenly recalled Yuko Furukawa’s confessional novel “Prison Garments: The Record of a Married Woman” from the Kitan Club, and the idea popped into my head.
“Ten days of Married Woman Confinement.”
I should make a video like this, starring this Masako Kiyota.
