“The Daydreaming Girls Club” is Amazing!

「妄想乙女倶楽部」は凄いぞ!

Whoa, that was fun!

I just finished reading the first issue of The Daydreaming Girls Club’s “Isis’s Backyard.” It was so much fun!

All the stories, poems, essays, reviews, and senryu featured in the issue were great, but I especially loved the story “Yasagure M Night” (by Azumi Tachimori)!

The reason I found it so entertaining is that I couldn’t help but compare the characters’ actions in this story to what I, that is, Nureki Chimuo, do on a daily basis, which made it all the more entertaining.

Well, actually, it’s a bit unfair to say I “compared” them. I couldn’t possibly compare myself to him. The character in the story, Ryozo Une, is incredibly cool. I, that is, Nureki Chimuo, am completely uncool. For starters, I’m a senile old man in my late elderly years.

Standing at 183 centimeters tall, with muscles like a martial artist and a tanned, rugged face, this protagonist’s vigorous drive stands in stark contrast to my own feeble, sulky behavior. Realizing this difference once again, I couldn’t help but feel ashamed of my own pitifully weak and frail performance, even though we were doing similar things.

If I put it this way, the author, Azumi Tachimori, might laugh and say, “That’s just a character in a novel, after all, my ideal man.”

But, she portrayed him so realistically and skillfully that it’s hard to believe he’s a fictional character.

The story of Ryozo Une, the photographer who radiates such a wonderful masculine aura, suddenly rushing off to help some Thai girls search for their missing cat, or the depiction of the bar owner in a seedy back alley in Shinjuku, it was all portrayed so skillfully and delightfully.

That’s precisely why the inner thoughts of the “I” in the story, Nagiko Kawashiuma, come alive so vividly, striking a chord with readers as if they were Azumi Tachimori herself.

“I see, so that’s how it is,” I thought, “So this is how a woman with an M-side thinks when a man is doing something to her? Hmmm…”

If the work makes the reader think that, then it’s already a success.

As for me, even when I’m in a closed room with Rakka-san, doing something, I have absolutely no idea what she’s feeling. After all, Rakka-san never says a word. Unlike Nagiko, who says things like, “Hey, wait a minute, what are you doing? Let go! No!” “Nooo! Stop it! Let go!” “No… ah, come on… please forgive me.” “Stop it! No, this is getting weird!” “I don’t want something that’s so utterly perverted! Bondage, whips, and enemas? That’s way too unorthodox!” She’s never once uttered any of those agonizing lines.

We’ve been together for over five years now, and we’ve probably been to love hotels more than a hundred times, yet she’s never once said “No!” or “Stop it!”

When we’re alone and I show the slightest hint of wanting to tie her up, she senses it immediately and wraps both arms behind her back on her own, stacking her wrists high.

She’s the kind of person who never says lies like “no” or “stop.”

(Saying “no” or “stop” is, after all, a kind of coquettishness or provocation. Rakka-san is an honest person who doesn’t engage in such coquettishness or provocation. That honesty and purity are what I find so appealing.)

Being timid and easily intimidated, if she were to say “Stop!” I would really stop immediately.

That’s why, personally (though it’s completely different when it comes to work), I’ve never once engaged in “lavish” play like Une-san does.

To be honest, I don’t really desire play that requires specific locations, props, or physical strength. After all, I’m a physically weak man in reality, I possess none of the thick arms, broad chest, or energetic stamina that Une-san has.

Une-san is amazing (and of course, Nagisa-san is amazing too).

In the blink of an eye, Nagisa-san is stripped naked and hung upside down. And in a wide V-shaped split, no less.

Then, a silicone plug is inserted into Nagisa-san’s ass, a funnel is attached to it, and a liter of water from a plastic bottle is poured in all at once. Furthermore, two fingers are inserted into her front slit and moved in and out as if kneading.

On top of that, he inserts a chastity belt with a plug into both her front and back, which have been worked over by his fingers. Furthermore, using a riding crop, he lashes her entire body, from Nagisa-san’s widely spread inner thighs and the backs of her thighs, to her buttocks, back, and even the soles of her feet.

Although the passage of time isn’t described in detail, this is a grand play that requires considerable effort and time.

Finally, she is lowered from the inverted suspension in a wide V-shaped split, and Nagisa-san’s body, still wearing the chastity belt with the plug, is carried into the bathroom. When the plug is removed, a powerful fountain gushes out from inside Nagisa-san. One liter.

That immense sense of release is enough to melt Nagisa-san’s body and soul into a gooey mess.

And the next description reads:

“...As the powerful barrel entered her now-lightened body, she could no longer hold back her voice. Her whole body was shaken violently, and she found herself unable to come down from that high place.”

However, this “barrel” must refer to Une-san’s genitals. In other words, his penis.

From Une-san’s perspective, he strips Nagiko-san naked, suspends her upside down, pours a liter of water into her ass, beats her all over, even the soles of her feet, with a riding crop, and then lowers her from the suspension.

Carrying her into the bathroom, making her expel the water that had been poured into her body, and then forcefully inserting his “cannon barrel” into Nagiko-san’s body (presumably into her genitals), it’s non-stop grueling labor.

(Well, just imagining it is grueling labor for me, but the Superman-like Une-san in the story, it might be a play he pulls off with ease.)

Anyway, Une-san is amazing. I could never hope to match him.

No matter how amazing it is, I can accept it if this is just a novel. A scene from a fantasy.

Fantasy novels are all the more interesting the more they transcend common sense and are outlandish.

(I, too, have written quite a number of stories in the past for magazines like Uramado and SM Select, but almost all of them, or rather, all of them, are fantasy tales hiding my own desires.)

However, in the case of this novel by Azumi Tachimori, since the first half is so well-written with a sense of realism, I found myself wishing the climax in the second half had a bit more realism in the details. That would have made it even more thrilling for readers, especially since the author is a woman.

(Wait a minute. Maybe the wildly imaginative stuff is what other readers find interesting. Maybe I’m the only one who gets excited by realism in the details. If that’s the case, I can’t really say for sure. After all, no matter how outlandish or surreal the setting or scenario, we fantasize about it precisely because there’s a desire behind it.)

And one more thing. Even after such a lavish, extravagant scenario, does Nagiko-san (or perhaps Azumi Tachimori) still want to have the “barrel” inserted in the end?

This is a very important point for men, so please do tell me.

If the “barrel” isn’t inserted, does that leave you feeling unsatisfied? As a man, I’d really like to know.

To make it easier to understand, I’ll try writing this part out myself.

“...Une-san spread my legs wide apart and strained to insert his ‘barrel.’ ‘That’s enough, stop it. I’m satisfied now. I don’t need anything more than this,’ I said, I moaned as I pulled my hips back to escape his hot ‘barrel.’ That was my true feeling.”

Is it like this, or perhaps, “Oh, I’m so happy! Deeper, deeper! Harder! Oh, oh! After being treated to so many delicacies, to receive such a huge treat at the very end, I’m so happy! Oh, Une-san, I’m so happy!”

Which one is it?

Or perhaps, “I don’t want to, but there’s no helping it,” Nagiko thought. “I’m already completely satisfied, but men seem to be animals who just can’t rest until they ejaculate at the very end, so even though I don’t want to, I’ll accept it. Come on, just get it over with… Thinking this, Nagiko wrapped both arms around Une’s back and held him close.”

Or is it that?

Three choices. Of course, it varies from person to person, but where does Nagiko’s true heart lie? For a man, no, for me, this is a very important matter.

I apologize for adding this unnecessary comment afterward. Please forgive me if it offends you.

In any case, “Yasagure M Night” was a substantial, compelling work.

Even back when SM magazines were at their peak, there probably wasn’t a work with this much passion.

I can’t wait for the second issue of “Isis’s Backyard” from the Daydreaming Girls Club.
